“Ready. Set. Go.” Those are the familiar commands given at the start of a race.

Ready preps our awareness; set is our cue to get in position; and go is our signal to move into action.

Being ready doesn’t guarantee our ability to take action. But showing up ready, gives us an opportunity to start the race.

Life will not always wait until we are ready, but if we are ready, we shouldn’t wait.

In order to benefit when opportunity meets our readiness, we must get in position, and go.
