If being effortless didn’t require any effort, everyone would be doing it.
The admirable ease of an effortless action doesn’t mean that we abandon our capacity to effort. It may mean that our previous efforts have tipped the scale of complication, allowing us to “effort – less.”
Effortless is not a do-nothing equation. It is the sum of trusting ourselves enough so that less effort is required.
The biggest effort may be giving ourselves enough permission, to effort less.
