Crumbs

If I enjoy a feast, and learn that you are satisfied with the crumbs, then every time I eat a meal, you’ll nibble.

It is nothing to share what drops from the table, it is another thing to give someone a seat and fill their plate.

Once someone is able to get full off of crumbs, what ability do they have to enjoy the feast prepared for them?

We could celebrate someone who survives on the smallest portions, but what happens when more people start fighting for the crumbs?

In a fight for crumbs, somebody will starve. And a starving population, will never enjoy a feast.
