Known reality

I let the feelings of my bad dreams go.

I let the feelings of my good dreams in.

In the past, I spent a lot of time with my not-so-good feeling dreams. Analyzing them. Wanting to understand their meaning. Believing that my attention to them would resolve something unknown within myself.

But, staying with the memory of a bad dream, only produced more bad feelings. And more bad feelings, heightened the occurrence of bad dreams.

Life is better when I focus on the dreams, that feel the best in my known reality.
